Già lo dice il titolo stesso che nei prossimi due giorni saremo circondati e influenzati da più ormoni sul nostro corpo. Sono in genere quelli femminili cioè gli estrogeni. Loro sono presenti in ogni fase della crescita e spesso lo sviluppo estetico è ostacolato. Un dosaggio superiore di ormoni femminili causa più effetti negativi sia nella fase adolescenziale che successivamente! Questi due giorni essi sono più attivi per l’arrivo della luna piena di domani sera. Che si trova nell’acquario.
Come sarà?! Vivacissima, dobbiamo ascoltare le intuizioni e non tollerare i vincoli, nemmeno quelli immaginari. L’acquario agisce sulle gambe e sulle articolazioni tibio-tarsali. Sono frequenti le infiammazioni alle vene. È un buon periodo per il trattamento delle gambe usando tutti i prodotti e macchinari estetici adatti. A chi soffre di vene varicose, consiglio di riposare e fare maggior attenzione all’alimentazione. Meglio fare una semplice passeggiata o anche un bel percorso in un centro benessere. Penso anche che i tassisti avranno tanto lavoro in questi giorni. Evitate naturalmente i carboidrati e cereali, meno sale possibile. Meno sostanze nutritive introduciamo questi giorni meglio staremo domani sera e lunedì. Le vitamine e i sali minerali sono necessari e importanti per le nostre belle gambe. Questo è il miglior periodo di fare miracoli a livello estetico e medico!
Le sostanze migliori sono quelle della famiglia di mucillagini e flavonoidi. Le piante più ricche, ad esempio: altea, lino, piataggine (il crescione è un’insalata ricca di calcio e di vitamine A, K, E), alghe e ninfee. I flavonoidi e antocianosidi, un tempo denominati vitamina P (permeabilità), sono sostanze dotate di proprietà protettive dei capillari, spesso associati alla vitamina C. Comprendono flavoni e antociani, responsabili del colore della frutta e dei fiori.
Potete immaginare tutto il colore rosso che lavora e drena le nostre gambe spesso stanche e pesanti!
